Your first session includes a brief consultation to discuss your goals, medical history, and any current issues. We'll then tailor the treatment to your specific needs, whether that’s massage, rehabilitation, or corrective exercise.


For massage treatments, undress to your comfort level. Towels are always used for privacy. For rehabilitation and corrective exercise sessions, please wear comfortable activewear that allows free movement.


No, you do not need a referral to come to Gym & Tonic. However, some insurance plans may require a referral for coverage.


Absolutely! Gym & Tonic services are for everyone — from active individuals and gym-goers to desk workers and those recovering from injury.


Payments can be made online via Fresha, at your appointment, or by bank transfer. Gym & Tonic accepts major debit and credit cards.


Gym & Tonic kindly asks for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge.
